1. GIFT CARD ALREADY REDEEMED
The "Gift card already redeemed” error is an example of errors which could occur for any brand of gift card.
When we receive the “already redeemed” error message, it means that your gift card was used elsewhere before it was uploaded on our platform. Please contact your source or the store where the card was purchased for further assistance.
Please note that it means the card was not used on our platform, and we do not have any usage history of a gift card that was not used by us.
2. GIFT CARD IN USE BY A THIRD BY A THIRD PARTY
We use this rejection reason when we notice that the gift card is already in use by someone else.
This is the reason we advise users not to expose their gift cards to third parties.
We would not be held responsible for issues arising from a third-party usage.
3. ALREADY PROCESSED FOR A DIFFERENT USER
In the instance where two different users upload the same gift card, please understand that the first user who uploads the gift card gets credited if the card has been processed successfully.
Due to our privacy policy, we do not reveal information of the user who was credited for the card, and we cannot credit two users for the same gift card.
We kindly advise you reach out to your source or the store where the card was purchased for further assistance.
4. ALREADY PROCESSED FOR YOU
When you receive this rejection reason- “ALREADY PROCESSED FOR YOU”;
Kindly login to the app
Open your transaction history.
Carefully go through your previous transactions.
You already uploaded this gift card earlier, and it has been processed; it could have been rejected or approved.
We kindly advise you check your history to confirm.
5. INVALID CARD/CODE
Please note that an invalid rejection reason could mean several things
When we receive this error message for your gift card, it could mean that;
The code is incomplete or incorrect.
It is not properly activated or not activated at all.
It is within its activation period.
The card has no balance.
Whichever is the case, we have been unable to redeem the card/code.
We kindly suggest that you contact your source, the card’s support team, or the store where the card was purchased, for further assistance.
6. STEAM ERROR
Please note when we receive a Steam error rejection reason for your Steam gift card,
it could mean that;
The code is incomplete or incorrect.
It is not properly activated or not activated at all.
It is within its activation period.
Whichever is the case, we have been unable to redeem the card/code.
Note: Unlike Google errors, some Steam gift cards with Steam errors could be redeemed once the activation period is completed.
We kindly suggest that you contact your source, Steam support, or the store where the card was purchased, for further assistance.
7. Kindly attach a clear card and receipt that correlate, indicating cash, debit, credit, or activation
We request for correlating receipts for mostly Amazon gift cards or gift cards that do not have round figures as their values.
The Amazon card is the only gift card whose rate is influenced by the receipt type. This is because there is cash receipt, debit receipt, credit receipt, and activation paper.
When you upload your Amazon gift card under the wrong sub-category without the correlating receipt, it may be rejected.
Example: When you upload a $100 USA Amazon gift card without the receipt under the USA Amazon (Cash Receipt 50&100 only) sub-category, it is expected that you upload a corresponding cash receipt alongside the gift card, or else the card will be rejected or processed under the USA Amazon (Credit/No Receipt/Activation paper 25-200) sub-category.
Note: When you upload a UK Amazon gift card with its receipt, kindly ensure to attach the activation paper to the transaction.
Please note that an activation paper is not a receipt.
Also, we require a receipt when there is a dispute with the amount on the gift card.
Say, you upload a Nordstrom card of $212, you might be asked to upload the receipt of the card just for confirmation and to ascertain that the card is not in use by a third-party.
8. ATTACH A CLEAR CARD PICTURE 'FRONT AND BACK'
When your gift card is rejected with “Attach a clear card picture “front and back”, know that the brand of card you are trading requires the card's front and back for it to be processed.
Please understand that cards like American Express, Visa, Walmart VISA, and Vanilla gift cards require the front and back images to be processed.
We require the code, expiry date, and three-digit CVV on the card's front and back to be able to process it.
Kindly re-upload the front and back images of the gift card to the trading platform for processing.
9. DUPLICATED TRADE
When your transaction is rejected as a duplicate trade, it means the initial transaction is still pending or under processing.
Kindly exercise patience until the previous transaction is completely processed.
Do not re-upload the same gift card for processing.
10. WRONG ATTACHMENT
This reason means the image uploaded for processing is wrong.
It could be individual photos.
Receipts without gift cards attached.
Other images that do not contain gift cards or redeemable codes.
11. NO OFFER
When we reject a gift card as “NO OFFER” it could mean that;
We cannot process your gift card at this time due to unavailability of the offers.
We currently do not accept such brand of gift cards.
Please note that we do not even process gift cards rejected as “NO OFFER”, so there’s no way such cards would have been redeemed on our platform.
If you have an issue with a card rejected as “No Offer” on our platform, please contact your source or the store where the card was purchased for further assistance.
12. BAD CARD
This applies to gift cards that;
We were unable to check the balance (Store cards like VISA, Vanilla, Sephora, etc.).
We could check the balance, but the balance could not be deducted during purchases (E.g. VISA, Vanilla, Nordstrom cards, etc.).
Give the prompt “Bad card” during processing.
We were unable to process or redeem successfully.
We advise users to take such cards back to the store, or contact the source for further assistance.
13. REPEATED BAD CARD
This rejection reason is usually given when a gift card has been previously uploaded, processed, and rejected several times due to it coming back as a Bad or a used card.
Kindly note that sending bad cards or empty trades many times might lead to BAN on our platform. Kindly upload good cards only.

14. EMPTY TRADE OR IMAGE UPLOAD
When we reject a card as “empty trade” or “image upload”, it means no image was attached to the transaction or the gift card image cannot be seen on our end.
If the file size of the gift card image is too large when you upload it, we may be unable to view the attachment on our end.
Kindly take a screenshot of the gift card image or crop the image to reduce the file size, before uploading.
Alternatively, you can trade via our website if you are having issues with uploading your gift card.
15. RATE DROPPED
This rejection reason is used when there is a drop in the previous rate at which you initially uploaded a gift card or code.
You are expected to re-upload the gift card/code to our trading platform for processing if you are fine with the current rate on the platform.
16. VAGUE CARD
The "Vague card" rejection reason is given when;
The code on a gift card is not clear enough.
The card is not scratched properly, and some digits cannot be seen clearly.
In such situations, kindly re-upload a clearer image of the gift card and ensure it is scratched properly so all of the digits can be seen clearly.
You can also re-upload the gift card image and input the complete and correct code of the gift card in the “optional comment” box, for processing.
NOTE: We cannot process gift cards that are not clear or have incomplete codes.
17. LOCKED/DEACTIVATED CARD
Most store cards like American Express cards could be locked if different IPs have been used to check the card's balance, or if the card was deactivated.
We kindly advise that you contact the store where the card was purchased, the card’s support team, or your source for further assistance.
18. KINDLY REMOVE FROM THE PACK, SCRATCH, AND RE-UPLOAD A CLEAR CARD PICTURE
When we reject a gift card with the rejection reason above, it means the pack of the gift card is what was uploaded.
Kindly remove the gift card from the pack, scratch the silvery panel area to reveal the code (and pin, for gift cards with both codes and pins), and then upload for processing.
19. LIVE STREAM CARDS
Please note that we do not accept gift cards from social media live streams. Your gift card or code may not be accepted if it was obtained from a live stream.
20. GOOGLE ERROR
This means that the gift card showed the prompt "we need more info to redeem your gift card".
Google Play gift cards generally have this error; the reason behind it is yet to be totally verified.
Unfortunately, once a gift card gives the “We Need More Info To Redeem This Card” error, there is nothing NOSH can do to rectify it, as the gift card cannot be used.
Note that this error does not necessarily mean your gift card has been redeemed.
Kindly contact your source or the store where the gift card was purchased to complain about this situation; the gift card may be replaced.
