Completing KYC level 1 verification is necessary to create and receive deposits in your Naira wallet through a Virtual Bank Account.
Follow the steps below to complete KYC level 1 (basic verification) on Nosh;
Log into the app and click on Settings.
Select KYC Verification.
3. Submit your details for review.
Once the review is complete, you’ll receive a notification in the app informing you whether your verification was successful or not.
What If My Verification Is Unsuccessful?
If your basic verification is unsuccessful , you can resubmit your details for review.
Before resubmitting, check that:
Your identity document is valid and clearly readable / Your BVN is correctly entered. .
Your selfie is clear.
What Causes Unsuccessful Verifications?
Your basic verification may be unsuccessful due to:
BVN and facial image mismatch: The image submitted does not sufficiently match the image associated with your BVN.
Invalid BVN: The BVN provided is invalid or cannot be verified.
Incorrect details: The personal information submitted does not match the details associated with your BVN.
Facial verification failure: Your submitted facial image could not be successfully verified.
Liveness check failure: The system could not confirm that the face verification was from a live person.
