Tap Complete KYC Level 1.
Select your issuing country (i.e Ghana) and upload a valid government-issued ID, such as an international passport, national identity card, driver’s licence or residence permit.
Complete the selfie check.
Submit your information for review.
Your submission will be reviewed in under two minutes. You’ll receive a notification informing you whether your verification is successful or not.
If your verification is unsuccessful, you can correct the issues and resubmit your information.
How to Complete Advanced Verification (KYC Level 2)
To complete Advanced Verification, you must first complete Basic Verification (Level 1).
Follow these steps:
Log in to your Nosh app.
Go to Settings and select KYC Verification.
Tap Upgrade to Level 2.
Upload a valid government-issued ID, proof of address (e.g electricity bill, water bill), and fill in the required profile details, including your occupation.
Submit it for verification.
Your submission will be reviewed in under two minutes. You’ll get a notification informing you whether your verification is successful or not.
If your verification is unsuccessful, you can correct the issues and resubmit your information.
What If My Verification Is Unsuccessful?
If any of the verification levels is unsuccessful, you can resubmit your details for review.
