If your transaction or trade was rejected on Nosh, it may have occurred for various reasons. This guide outlines common rejection scenarios to assist you in identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
Image-Related Errors
Incorrect or Invalid Attachments: Images uploaded are unclear, incomplete, or capture incorrect details, leading to rejection. For instance, a partial gift card image prevents processing.
Missing Card Images: Trades considered "Empty" due to no image or outdated app use, or exceeding size limits, get rejected.
Duplicate or Redundant Submissions
Submissions with the same card multiple times are flagged as duplicates. Cards under processing that are resubmitted also face rejections.
Card Status Concerns
Redeemed Cards: Gift cards already in use, or already used before being uploaded for processing will be rejected as "Already Redeemed". Verify card with the issuer/source.
Cards Processed Elsewhere: Cards processed under distinct reference IDs get rejected.
Incomplete or Unclear Codes: Cards missing data are ineligible.
Activation issues: Some newly purchased cards may have not been activated properly or may still be within their activation period, leading to rejection.
Rate Changes or Offer Unavailability
Certain trades may fail due to rate variations or temporary unavailability. Users may need to revisit when rates stabilize or offers open.
Whatever reason it is will be specified along with the rejection.
General Troubleshooting Tips
Review all card details and attachments before submission.
Confirm card validity and usage.
Check the NOSH platform details for rate and offer updates.
Retry reasonable trades from the website (www.usenosh.com). Eg;, transactions rejected due to "Empty trade" or "Image Upload".
