Your transaction status may change as it moves through the relevant stages. Below is a guide to the different statuses and what they mean.
Where Can I Check My Transaction Status?
You can check the status of any recent transaction, and even past transactions in your Transaction History.
Just Click History on the dashboard and tap the transaction you want to check.
What Do the Different Transaction Statuses Mean?
Status | Meaning |
Pending | Your transaction is awaiting the next step or action. |
Processing | Your transaction is currently being processed. |
Approved | Your transaction has been approved. |
Reversed | Your transaction has been undone, and the funds may have been returned to your wallet |
Rejected/Deleted | Your transaction was not approved or did not go through. |
Flagged | Your transaction or account has been flagged for further review or attention. |
Transaction Statuses by Transaction Type
The meaning of a transaction status depends on the type of transaction you’re making. Use the tables below to understand what each status means for gift card trades, withdrawals, crypto transactions, and bill payments.
Gift Card Trades
Pending: Your gift card trade is awaiting attention from the team.
Approved: Your gift card has been verified, and your trade has been approved and completed.
Rejected: There is an issue with your gift card, and it cannot be accepted for trading.
Withdrawals
Pending: Your withdrawal is awaiting attention. This may happen if there is an issue communicating with your bank or payment provider.
Processing: Your withdrawal is being processed.
Approved: Your withdrawal has been completed successfully.
Rejected: Your withdrawal did not go through and the amount will be returned to your wallet.
Reversed: Your withdrawal was reversed, and the funds have been returned to your Nosh wallet instead of being paid into your bank or MoMo account.
Crypto Transactions
Pending: Your crypto transaction is awaiting confirmation. For crypto deposits, this may mean the transaction has been received but is yet to be confirmed on the blockchain.
Processing: Your crypto transaction is being processed, which may include waiting for the required blockchain confirmations.
Completed: Your crypto transaction has been confirmed. For crypto deposits, your Nosh wallet should be credited according to the transaction process.
Deleted: Your crypto transaction could not be accepted or completed. The exact reasons for this status should be confirmed by the team.
Bill Payments
Pending: Your bill payment is awaiting attention or further action before it can proceed.
Processing: Your bill payment is being processed.
Approved: Your bill payment has been completed successfully. Depending on the service, your bill should be paid or your airtime or data should be credited.
Reversed: Your bill payment was reversed, and the funds have been returned to your Nosh wallet.
