How to Delete or Uninstall an eSIM from Your Device

If you no longer need an installed eSIM, you can remove it directly from your device settings. Follow the steps below for your device type:


For iPhone

  • Open Settings.

  • Tap Mobile Service

  • Under SIMs, select the eSIM you want to delete.

  • Scroll down and tap Delete eSIM.

  • A warning message will appear asking you to confirm.

  • Tap Delete eSIM again to confirm

  • The eSIM will be permanently removed from your device. Note that once deleted, it cannot be reinstalled.


For Android
Steps may vary slightly depending on your device brand, but the general process is:

  • Open Settings.

  • Tap Network & Internet (or Connections on some devices).

  • Tap SIM Manager, or Mobile Network.

  • Select the eSIM you want to remove.

  • Tap Remove SIM or Delete eSIM.

  • The eSIM will be removed from your device. Once removed, the eSIM is permanently gone and you will be unable to reinstall it.
