If you already have other eSIMs on your phone, you’ll need to switch to the new eSIM for it to work.
Most phones allow multiple eSIM profiles, but only one or two (depending on your device) can be active for mobile data or calls at a time.
If the eSIM is data-only, you must set it as your mobile data line in your phone settings.
If the eSIM includes voice, text and data, you may also need to set it as your default voice/call line to make or receive calls.
Until you switch to the correct eSIM, the plan you purchased will not connect.
