Updated over a week ago

What is an eSIM?
An eSIM (Embedded SIM) is a digital SIM that lets you access mobile networks without a physical SIM card.
With eSIMs on Nosh, you can buy, activate, recharge, and manage multiple mobile data and voice plans directly from your account.
eSIMs make it easier to stay connected, especially when traveling or using multiple networks on one device.

Types of eSIMs Available on Nosh
You can buy local, regional, and global eSIMs on Nosh

Local eSIMs
Local eSIMs provide network coverage within a single country e.g Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya.
You can use a local eSIM anywhere within that particular country.

Regional eSIMs
Regional eSIMs offer data and voice coverage across a specific region, like Africa, Europe, or Asia.
You can use one eSIM plan across multiple countries within that region.
Ensure to check that the plan works in the specific countries you’ll be visiting. You can confirm this under ‘Coverage’ when the eSIM plan summary is displayed before purchasing.

Global eSIMs
Global eSIMs provide data coverage in multiple countries worldwide, supporting up to 136 countries.
This is ideal for frequent travelers who move across different regions.
You should also confirm that the global eSIM plan works in all the countries you’ll typically be in. Check this under ‘Coverage’ when the plan summary is displayed.

Note that for each eSIM type (local, regional and global) there are data only plans and data/calls/texts plans.
