Once the withdrawal status moves from PENDING to PROCESSING, this means it has been paid by NOSH. We then listen to response from payment partners to confirm if you have received the payment.

Once we confirm that the payment has been sent to you, the status changes to "APPROVED".

If by any chance the payment fails, the status changes to "REJECTED" and the money is reversed to your NOSH WALLET with the rejection reason.

If a payment is rejected, we advise that you do not retry the withdrawal with the same bank account to avoid further delay, use another account.
