What should I do if my device is network or carrier-locked?

Guide on what to do if device is locked for eSIM purchase.

Updated this week

Network/Carrier Locked Devices and eSIM

Devices purchased through a mobile network provider or carrier may be network-locked, meaning they are restricted to a specific network.

Because of this, eSIMs cannot be installed on carrier-locked devices.

To use an eSIM, please contact your mobile network provider and request that your device be unlocked. Unlocking policies vary by provider.

We cannot unlock devices on your behalf. Device unlocking must be completed directly through your mobile network provider or carrier.
