Steps to Take If Your Card Was Rejected

If your card is rejected due to the "already been redeemed" error, follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Verify the Card's Redemption Status

    - Double-check if you (or someone else) have already used the card.

    - Verify the redemption status with the source or seller of the card.

  2. Contact the Card's Source

    - We recommend reaching out to the retailer, individual, or platform you purchased or received the card from.

    - Provide them with any supporting evidence or purchase details they may require to investigate further.

  3. Avoid Re-submitting the Same Card

    - If a card has been rejected once, re-uploading it will not resolve the issue, as our system retains error detection logs.

    - You can always choose to contact our support team so that the transaction can be reviewed further.
