On October 12, 2026, we upgraded our crypto wallet infrastructure, which meant replacing old wallet addresses with new ones.
This change applies to users who have completed at least one crypto transaction using their previous wallet address.
If you have a wallet address but haven’t completed a crypto transaction yet, you’ll need to generate a new wallet address before making your first transaction.
Can I Still Receive Crypto at My Old Wallet Address?
Yes. For now, crypto sent to your old wallet address is still being processed as usual.
However, we may stop processing transactions to old wallet addresses at any time. To avoid potential delays or failed transactions, use your new wallet address for all future crypto conversions .
How Do I Get My New Wallet Address?
Follow these steps to get your updated wallet address:
Go to your Crypto Wallets on your Nosh dashboard.
Select the cryptocurrency you want to receive and the correct network.
Click on Create Wallet.
Select the fiat wallet you want to receive your funds in and tap Proceed.
Copy your generated wallet address or scan the QR code to send your crypto. Use the rate calculator to confirm the exchange rates.
Note: Make sure you select the correct cryptocurrency and network before copying your address. Always confirm that the network matches the one used by the platform you’re sending crypto from.
What Should I Do If I’ve Already Sent Crypto to My Old Address?
If you’ve already sent crypto to your old wallet address, there’s no need to panic. Transactions to old addresses are still being processed for now.
Going forward, update and switch to your new wallet address to avoid potential issues if support for old addresses is discontinued.
If you have more questions about your wallet address or need help getting a new one, contact NOSH Customer Support via the live chat for immediate assistance.
