Here is a comprehensive guide on activating and deactivating biometrics on the NOSH app:
In the NOSH App
To Activate Biometrics:
Log in to your NOSH account.
Tap on the Settings icon.
Navigate to "Security Settings".
Locate "Biometrics" and toggle on the switch.
You will receive a pop-up message "Toggled Biometrics on".
To Deactivate Biometrics:
Log in to your NOSH account.
Tap on the Settings icon.
Navigate to "Security Settings".
Locate "Biometrics" and toggle off the switch.
You will receive a pop-up message "Toggled Biometrics off".
From Your Phone Settings
For iPhone:
Open Settings.
Tap Face ID & Passcode (or Touch ID & Passcode, depending on your iPhone model).
Enter your device passcode if prompted.
Ensure Face ID or Touch ID is set up and enabled on your device.
Open the NOSH app to test the activation.
For Android:
Go to Settings > Security > Biometrics.
Select Fingerprint or Face recognition options.
Ensure biometrics (fingerprint or facial recognition) are turned on.
Open the app to test the activation.
